Surreal spectrum of rainbows
clicking my mind
in the sultry daydream.
A mirage unknown,
Faces floating
roses blooming
till the moonlit occurs,
a failed marriage,
or child marriage
Lavender smiles,
perplexion in minds
Mahogany sturdy furniture to cherish,
and the coffin is just a wood.

Myths and mirage and illusions indeed, yet we find treasures to be cherished. Surreal is what makes it all magical …hopefully the end will not be all that painful as it would seem part of the continuum …
I hope I didn’t stray too far from where you intended …
Absolutely not Pragal!
Actually your words make sense. It’s just that often I am intrigued to a different level about this human nature making me turn into a person who has taken “moksh” sort of a thing.
I don’t know if that makes sense!
If i understand that different level correctly …there are these times of grace where we get to visit that space of ‘nothing’ or moksha …yet there is no denying to what is compelling, what drives us into the pleasures and pains of our humanness. The constant back and forth through the spaces is what keeps us so sensitive and aware of the most subtle and sometimes heart wrenching emotions. Until we learn to allow it all …
Your poem to me speak in a surrealism style but, with a hint of mystery
and the symbolism of death. One of my favorite poems by you and you always perfect writing in your way of expressionism. 🙂
And this life is a myth. It’s deep and portrays life. And yet again you amazed me with your words. What life is? When we will truly understand that I guess that day will be the utmost reality of our life.
So true! Everything around is a myth. Reality often is deceptive and vice vesa.
Glad you could resonate with my deep thoughts as I think it is.
Much love kind soul.
An interesting look into the mind of someone trying to make sense of the human myth – one minute it’s all rainbows then the next it’s the sadness of failed marriages or even worse, child marriages.. No matter how we get through this world we all end up leaving the same – in the arms of death and that coffin, surely, is just wood (even though we do share gene types with all living organisms, including trees so it’s a fitting way to contain the corpse after the soul has gone).
So happy that you understood my hidden metaphors! Who could do that brilliantly if not you.
The phases are well explored by you and yeah that is all we get as human.
Mysteries, myth, trust, what not!
Thank you so much once again.
Your words are the best.
Again brilliant artwork in Words!
