Walls of the air do not crack
as there exist our stories lingering across the streets.
Our thin cucumber bodies/ oiled between a decade of romance
speak nothing but of arid lips and concave lust
The brooding sniff of the moon
to sink between my large womb.
She often speaks to me of you.
Your abstract ways of unraveling things
behind the layers where mockery hides.
To pleat the abhorrence of life,
your bones are my memoir.
my spot of expanded prints & rainbows..
Make me bend and scream,
your coral colour creaks on my tongue.
To the tress, I wish to announce
a twig suddenly has fallen.
Beautiful ππ

Honestly. This piece was too hideous I felt.

My interpretation can be different then, but I really liked this. It sounds passionate to me. “Your bones are my memoir”. I would love to study this further.

Your poetry is a beautiful surrealism of everything I love and respect about your work. Bless you so much. π

I like the pulse of the rhythm words “sink between” “abstract ways” and of course “bend and scream. Thanks so much for dropping by my blog and liking Sylvia and The Water. Perhaps you might like https://wdfyfe.net/fiction-scars/ part of The Woman in the Window collection. I’ll be back for more, cheers
