Nights and words

I know the pain,
Irrevocable moisture on pillow.
the fights between the pills and cactus
morning lust with skeleton.
Quick thick penumbra,
a hysterical sigh each day.

purgative blood makes you strong i think
something out there makes you more black
and you hold and clasp,
till you gulp and swallow

i know that surreal romance,
clicking noises
of seizures and tears,
of ink and words.

  1. Do you think the more we acknowledge the dark, the more it grows and expands and utimately stretches to its threshold, tearing itself apart for the light to sieve in?… do you think acknowledging the dark indeed has a positive affect on us just like the concept of acceptance works for us?

      1. You are right there. I remember when I was doing my Masters, we looked at the Reader Response method of interpretation which means as you probably know that once something is written it then goes out of the writerโ€™s hands completely, and however thevreader unteroretsbit is OK. I am a bit nosey though lol and always want to know what the writer neans! Actually sometimes I write stuff and donโ€™t know what the hell I mean myself lol. Yes, I did like this piem. Great stuff Devika x

  3. What a mesmerising piece, D! You never fail to hit the right chord when it comes to expressing pain, and this is just another example of it. Your words are absolutely stunning and I am so glad to be reading you again.๐Ÿ˜Š

Can I use word FABULOUS for nth time…I have used this word before..but I am never bored to use this…the word maybe be same but the emotions you make us feel is beyond the words…telling how someone cried in nights with pillow ,and using the purgative blood making strong….the surreal Rance of pain…that you express in intense layers ..where each layer has has its own depth…..what could I say..you are genius and gifted…and I asking read that poem of your in link..my most favourite line is where you said about fading myself to colour your skin and like fainted candle….waaaaaaaaaahhh..woww..๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™…bye…I can’t tell more than this..superb
